No. Studio seats refer to production access. They are not a limit on congregation size. The comparison above separates production capacity from core ministry workflows.
Enterprise starts with everything in Scale, 50 Studio workspaces, 500 Studio seats, 50 publish destinations, 5 TB of storage and five-year retention. Capacity, training, setup assistance and support can be customised in your proposal. Contact our team to discuss pricing.
Included hours are one-time remote onboarding sessions after your first successful subscription payment. Use them for platform configuration, people-import guidance or team training. Book them with our team during your first 90 days; unused hours do not renew or roll over.
Custom development, large historical migrations and provider charges are quoted separately. Enterprise figures are the starting package for a tailored proposal. Higher capacity, retention, setup hours, migration, training and support can be customised; final capacity and delivery dates are confirmed before activation.
External communication is optional paid capacity. SMS, WhatsApp and bulk email packs are added to a package in quantities and can be changed from the church billing settings.
Feature availability and setup requirements are explained on each feature page. Dedicated app-store releases and other planned capabilities are not included as available features. Requesting a trial does not automatically activate access.
